Check out our new schedule!! Because of the popularity of our great classes taught by phenomenal experienced instructors we have added 3 classes @ 7:30 am.  We have several new classes like PI-YO ®& Silver & Sneakers® Cardio Fit & Country Heat®  We would love to see you try something new, like our new  Thurs. 4pm "Chiesel" team taught by Denise & John or Judy on Tues. @ 5:30 pm.  Don't need to be a member. We have drop in rates & punch cards for fitness fun anytime!

 

 

 

Group Exercise Room

Seacoast Fitness offers a wide variety of classes.  All our classes are designed to meet the needs of our members, we will gladly assist you in selecting the approriate class for you. Whether it's , SPINNING®, Aerobic Classes, Muscle Endurance Training, Yoga, Circuit Training, Bender Ball & Silver Sneakers® PI-YO®, Country Heat ® & Core classes we will find the right class for you.  Most classes show modifications for most exercises.

 

All our instructors are nationally certified through AFAA, ACE, ACSM & MADD DOG ATHLETICS.
