Check out our new schedule!! Because of the popularity of our great classes taught by phenomenal experienced instructors we have added 3 classes @ 7:30 am.  We have several new classes like PI-YO ®& Silver & Sneakers® Strong Core & More. We would love to see you try something new, like our new HIIT currently begins 1/10/18 on Wed. @ 5pm  (day will change possibly every 6 weeks)  Thurs. 5:15 pm Step Interval .  Don't need to be a member. We have drop in rates & punch cards for fitness fun anytime! 


During the fall/winter months come & try a complementary class of your choice! 






Group Exercise Room

Seacoast Fitness offers a wide variety of classes.  All our classes are designed to meet the needs of our members, we will gladly assist you in selecting the approriate class for you. Whether it's , SPINNING®, Aerobic Classes, Muscle Endurance Training, Yoga, Circuit Training, Step Interval, Bender Ball & Silver Sneakers® PI-YO® & Core classes we will find the right class for you.  Most classes show modifications for most exercises.


All our instructors are nationally certified through AFAA, ACE, ACSM & MADD DOG ATHLETICS & NETA


Drop In rates for non-members! Visiting?  try our weekly pass for classes.
