Check out our Summer Class Schedule.  We added Zumba ™ f to our schedule, Bender Ball Strength/Yoga stretch is back on Friday mornings. Our Freestyle class is a blast at the least & Shake It Up (HIIT) to really burn fat!  We would encourage you to try something new, it is always a good idea to change up your exercise routines. 

 

Drop In to any class or purchase a punchcard as a non-member. Complementary classes are only offered in the Fall/Winter months.
