We raised $410 to send to United Way for "Keep ME Warm" fund. Thanks for all the support from our instructors, members & non-members who donated and attended this worthy event. :) This makes us Happy Happy Happy :)

Hours of Operation
We are on site Mon.-Thurs. 8am-12:00 pm & 4-6pm Fri. & Sat. 8-12 pm.
No memberships taken on Sundays. Sunday is REST DAY :
We can arrange memberships over the phone if you cannot make it in during normal business hours.
Members with access cards can access the gym everyday from 5am-9:30 pm including all holidays.
