Joan manages the gym as well as teaches many of the group exercise classes @ Seacoast including Bender Ball, Hi-Lo Aerobics, Silver Sneakers® SPINNING® & most recently has obtained a 20 hour Yoga Foundations specialty through NETA (National Exercise Training Assoc.) Her personal training certification is through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine)
Her passion for fitness began back when she first became certified in 1989 from AFAA (Aerobics Fitness Assoc. of America) for Group Exercise. She is also a STAR 2 SPINNING® instructor from Mad Dogg Athletics.
Jen has been teaching SPINNING® with us since 2009. She is a Star 3 instructor.Her passion is shown in her classes. She inspires particpants with her motivation & inspiration. She is a powerful instructor who is extremely dedicated to the program and the participant. She shows her passion through music, motivation & fun:):)
Janine has been practicing Yoga since 2003, she received her certification in 2008. She holds various certifications within this specialty & has been teaching for us for 3 yrs. Her classes are well received & her knowledge & understanding of the Yoga Practice is beyond excellent. Janines can teach all levels with her gentle warm approach.
Genevieve is a 200 hour RYT certified instructor from Yoga Inbound in Cusco Peru & certified Yoga Therapist from Deep Yoga School of Healing Arts. Genevieve focuses on natural movement & mindful attention to breath. She presents herself with a warm, passionate & gentle teaching style. Her classes are designed for all levels.

Hours of Operation
We are on site Mon.-Thurs. 8am-12:00 pm & 4-6pm Fri. & Sat. 8-12 pm.
No memberships taken on Sundays. Sunday is REST DAY :
We can arrange memberships over the phone if you cannot make it in during normal business hours.
Members with access cards can access the gym everyday from 5am-9:30 pm including all holidays.
