Joan Thompson, Owner Seacoast Fitness

Joan owns & manages the gym as well as teaches many of the group exercise classes @ Seacoast including Bender Ball, Hi-Lo Aerobics, Silver Sneakers® SPINNING® & most recently has obtained a 20 hour Yoga Foundations specialty through NETA (National Exercise Training Assoc.)  Her personal training certification is through ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine)

Her passion for fitness began back when she first became certified in 1989 from AFAA (Aerobics Fitness Assoc. of America) for Group Exercise.  She is also a STAR 2  SPINNING® instructor from Mad Dogg Athletics.


Jen Rosell, Star 3 SPINNING® Instructor

Jen has been teaching SPINNING® with us since 2009. She is a Star 3 instructor.Her passion is shown in her classes.  She inspires particpants with her motivation & inspiration.  She is a powerful instructor who is extremely dedicated to the program and the participant.  She shows her passion through music, motivation & fun:):)

Janine Robichaud Yoga Instructor

Janine has been practicing Yoga since 2003, she received her certification in 2008.  She holds various certifications within this specialty & has been teaching for us for 3 yrs.  Her classes are well received & her knowledge & understanding of the Yoga Practice is beyond excellent. Janines can teach all levels with her gentle warm approach.

Hours of Operation

for members with key cards 5am-9:30pm seven days per week including holidays.


We will be extending our "Staff on site hours" for the Spring/Summer. 


Hours for June:

Mon. 7:30 am-12pm & 1-5pm

Tues. 7:30 am-12pm & 4-6pm

Wed. 7:30 am-12pm & 4-6 pm. 

Thurs.8-12 pm

Friday 7:30 A-2:00 P

Sat. 7:30 A- 12:00 P


We can arrange memberships over the phone if you cannot make it in during normal business hours.
