As the owner and operator of Seacoast Fitness I bring extensive knowledge and experience to the health & fitness industry. I began as a Group Fitness Instructor back in 1999. I still currently teach group exercise at my facility which is a great complement to someones personal fitness program. Being a personal training/group exercise instructor is a wonderul asset to the class you are teaching which makes for an interesting complement. I became interested in Personal Training after my last fitness position where I was directly working with general fitness programs. I enjoy creating & designing personal exercise programs for people individually who have specific goals in mind.

I enjoy working with the general population and/or those who have never exercised before. Everyone needs a place to start. Once you notice the benefits of exercise & make it a priority in your life, you will not chose to leave it behind. It is a proven fact that those who exercise & eat healthy will live longer & combat disease.
Active Older Adults/Baby Boomers who are trying to improve their quality of life, or following advice of their physcians to exercise. Where do they begin? For the older adult "exercise" can be confusing, especially if they are new to it, so communicating with the doctor is an important factor. Working with people with chronic diseases including diabetes, heart conditions, COPD, Fibromyalgia etc. gives me great satisfaction.
Post Rehab is another area that I have alot of experience in. Working closely through the years with physcial therapists has provided me with alot of experience. I have a good affiliation with Wells Physical Therapy/York Hospital for post rehab. but will work closely with any physcial therapist if needed. Whether you are recovering from and injury, joint replacement or being released from physcical therapy I will provide you with the safest program for your particular situation.

Hours of Operation
We are not always on site so it is a good idea to call before coming over but most days we are available Mon.-Sat. 8am-12:00 pm & 4-6pm Fri. until 12pm. Sat. 8:30 a.m.until 12pm.
No memberships taken on Sundays. Sunday is REST DAY :( We can arrange memberships over the phone on Fri. or Sat. if your visiting the area & are not able to stop by during our staffed hours. We would need to know before 12 pm on those days if you wish to make arrangements to set that up.)
Members with access cards can access the gym everyday from 5am-9:30 pm includes all holidays.
